The entire competition is split into two divisions. There is the Student Business Plan Competition and the Adult Venture Capitalist Competition. The competitions are both evaluated by a panel of judges who select finalists to take home either a scholarship to CSU-Pueblo and/or venture 'capital' seed money or loans that may be redeemable when the entrepreneur opens their business.
